LIMERICK, Pa., April 16, 2026 — Accounting and advisory firm, Maillie LLP, has named Gregory J. Shank as Managing Partner, succeeding Laurie E. Tolle, who is retiring after 19 years with the firm.

Shank, a partner based in the firm’s Limerick office, brings more than 30 years of experience to his new role, advising businesses across a broad range of industries. A certified public accountant and certified valuation analyst, he has guided clients through the full business life cycle, from acquisition to sale. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them navigate challenges in an ever-changing environment to achieve long-term success.

Shank joined Maillie in 1994, after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Maillie has offices in Limerick and West Chester, Pennsylvania, and New Castle, Delaware.
